The service. Hive is an AI family/work orchestrator. AI agents plan and draft; effectful actions (like sending email) require your explicit approval via the Guard. AI output can be wrong — review before approving.
Your account. Keep your credentials safe; enable two-factor authentication. You are responsible for activity under your account.
BYOK. If you connect an LLM API key, your use of that provider is governed by your agreement with them, and their charges are yours.
Family accounts. Adults inviting children into a hive confirm they hold parental responsibility and consent to the child's use.
Acceptable use. No unlawful content, no abuse of the service, no attempts to bypass Guard policies or access other members' data.
Inspirers. Inspirer agents provide general encouragement and educational content only — not medical, financial, legal, or religious authority.
Availability & liability. The service is provided "as is" without warranty; to the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service (self-hosted: zero). Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Termination. You can delete your account at any time (Settings → Privacy). The operator may suspend accounts violating these terms.
Changes. Material changes will be announced in-app and re-consent requested where required.
